Reflection - This critique I wasn't really happy with, as the work I was showing I felt needed to be worked on for longer. I think I could have made something more thought out and developed with more time, so I knew that I might get a lot of feedback about how to improve the design. We also had the SDG brief this week, which I thought came off quite daunting as it feels like a big project with lots of moving parts for only 5 weeks. But it is also a really interesting project that has lots of possibilities and I like the choice for the different target age demographic.

This is the the AV screens I presented and prototyped, there were three versions of each screen which displayed each of the 3 modes that you could click through. On the modes page, the bars and different settings will automatically change for the different modes and are all adjustable as well.
The suggestions that I was given were to…
I agree with all of these points but one, the modes tile being so big. When I was doing research for this project, I came across studies that suggest that the ones that will get the most use out of an AV will be the older generation who will need screens that are specifically accessible to them. So I have decided to keep the tile that big but I will only have it on the mode page as that was also suggested to me.
After getting the SDG brief I begin researching about them SDG.
