Reflection on the class - This was our second session with Ronan, so far I’m really enjoying them as he is covering lots of things that could add another element to our designs with software that we typically would never come in contact with.

We learned how to use the software tool Protopie and how to add audio responses to a prototype that reacts to specific phrases to receive specific responses. We used Lottie files to add another element to the prototyping creating really immersive and engaging prototypes.

I really enjoyed this class as you’re able to create really interactive prototypes that will be good for future projects and are an easy way of displaying the idea or concept in comparison to more traditional tools. you’re able to create really unique and personalised prototypes, some of the other ways of prototyping can be quite restrictive when trying to create an interaction that an interface would easily do when developed.
