Reflection- This lecture about content strategy and user persona shows the importance of problem statement, understanding what motivates people to create the content and users. It is also not just as simple as understanding them from one side you need to consider all sides of the user to create the best UI you can. I thought this lecture was really interesting as times it's easy to just design with having the base but you need to know the pain points for it to help. It's very easy to forget about the users at times and only design it for yourself.
It is the process of creating content that targets the users’ needs, delivers value to the user, aligns with branding, and supports the UX design elements of a digital product.

A great example of content strategy is Uber, They have organised all their content so well that is user-focused while still pushing the business goals.
The UX is really engaging with illustrations, that display the options while still being really welcoming. The design of the app is really effective I can see the layout in other apps but the illustrations make it more unique. This creates a really positive experience that is identifiable Uber.
User Personas are a tool that provides a detailed and realistic representation of the target audience created for real data and thoughts. The fictional character is then used to create a better idea of the target audience and make design decisions accordingly.
